Fiona Meehan

Dr. Fiona Meehan's research interests are corruption and the governance of natural resources in the Asia-Pacific region. She is a research fellow at the Crawford School of Public Policy, a member of the Transnational Research Institute of Corruption (TRIC), and has worked as a visiting advisor for the U4 Anti-corruption Resource Centre in Norway.

Fiona's research has focused on local-level politics, particularly in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, and she has participated in international forums on anti-corruption in the minerals sector. Fiona is currently developing research into the governance of fisheries in the Pacific, and the role and governance of environmental NGOs.
