Alice McGrath is a lawyer and international adviser from Australia and began her professional life as a criminal lawyer working with indigenous adults and young people in South Australia and the Northern Territory. Over the last decade, Alice has worked as an adviser and manager to various international cooperation programmes in human rights, justice and security sector reform in Europe, Central Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East and North Africa. Alice has keen interest in promoting the rights of children and public private partnerships in broader formal and customary justice reform initiatives. Alice currently works with host governments in PNG and Solomon Islands across their justice and security reform programs
Alice holds a Master of International Humanitarian Law and International Human Rights Law in Armed Conflict from Geneva Academy for IHL and Human Rights Law, Switzerland, a Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice and Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University, South Australia.
